1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jdlove and creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jdlove shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, or delays in processing transactions. We are not responsible for any losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, or regulatory changes.
